Most of the clients of Attorney Cherezov & Partners are Ukrainian and foreign companies. The range of practice areas available to our clients is described in the website section ‘Areas of Expertise.’ We do not participate in advertising campaigns because our new clients usually come to us by word-of-mouth referral from our old clients.

We, however, believe it inexpedient to disclose the list of companies whom we represent in view of the confidentiality undertakings and desire to be honest with our potential clients and those willing to become as such.

The fees for our services do not constitute the confidential information and are based on the complexity of the matter concerned, necessity to engage additional experts, and time required to complete the task given to our company.

An average price for advisory services is UAH 800 per hour of lawyer’s work. We charge no fee for the first advice given by all the lawyers and offices of our company.

All the services are rendered on the basis of the agreements executed with our clients, which agreements provide for confidentiality undertakings and security of the information or documents made available to us.

We do not discriminate between small and large clients. All clients are important to us and we treat every client with outmost care and professionalism.
